Victory founders, Doug and Shelia Barnes, are avid RVers who have traveled across the nation camping anywhere from grassy fields to full-service campgrounds.  Through their experiences and conversations with fellow travelers, they uncovered a need for RV and camping facilities in their hometown of Paducah, KY.  Due to their knowledge of RVing and various personal experiences, the Barnes know what it takes to create and maintain an efficient and enjoyable RV park and campground.  Come by and hear their stories and share some of your own at Victory.
